What do I need to bring along to the preliminary information appointment?

All the previously discussed documentation (e.g. additional medical documents, health clearance certificates, etc.) needs to be brought along to the preliminary information appointment. Your electronic medical insurance card should always accompany you. Other than that, wear comfortable sport clothing in which you can move well. If you are using assistive devices, please bring them along as well.
